What you'll do

• Manage customer relations and service sales
• address customer and vehicle-related problems
• meet predetermined service sales objectives
• perform designated administrative activities accurately
• visually inspect vehicles and gather information about performance
• complete work orders and calculate and prepare service costs
• interact with Sales Managers to determine immediate service needs
• liaise between technicians and Sales Managers to support workflow.
