The Supply Planning Intern is an onsite role based in the United States with a compensation of $22-$27/hour. This position supports the Logistics / Supply Chain team within the Adhesive Technologies business unit at Henkel. The role involves supporting supply planners with inventory management, material availability, and master data maintenance in SAP. The intern will create reports to track supply gaps and collaborate with various teams to support issue resolution and process improvements.

What you'll do

• Support supply planners with planning activities, including reviewing open supply issues, inventory levels, and material availability.
• Help maintain and validate planning master data in SAP, such as MOQ, rounding values, lead times, source lists, and MRP related fields.
• Create and update Excel/Power BI reports to track inventory, open orders, planning exceptions, and supply gaps.
• Assist with data cleanup and process improvement projects to improve planning accuracy and reporting visibility.
• Work with supply planning, production planning, procurement, and customer service teams to follow up on open items and support issue resolution.
