The Outside Parts Sales Representative is an onsite, field-based role based in Brea, California, serving an assigned Southern California territory. Compensation is $75,000–$85,000 per year. The role works with Air Treatment Corporation’s inside sales, warehouse, purchasing, and manufacturer partners to support commercial HVAC customers. The representative develops new business and grows existing accounts by identifying parts needs, preparing quotes, and following opportunities through to sale. The role helps customers obtain appropriate HVAC replacement parts while maintaining relationships and coordinating accurate sourcing and order processing.

What you'll do

• Develop parts sales in the assigned territory
• call on mechanical contractors, service and repair companies, facility maintenance departments, and commercial HVAC users
• identify replacement parts opportunities through site visits and equipment surveys
• prepare quotes and follow up
• source parts and check stock and lead times with inside sales
• cross-reference OEM part numbers
• resolve customer issues
• maintain CRM/ERP records
• attend manufacturer training and industry events.
