What you'll do

• Plan and organize Employment Specialist training, supervision, and monthly meetings
• support program operations under the Trauma-Informed Care model
• assist with direct services to participants
• participate in interviewing and hiring Employment Specialists
• complete staff performance evaluations
• work with the Divisional Director on reporting requirements and unmet needs
• promote team cohesion and program goal achievement
• attend agency and team meetings
• comply with agency, accreditation, and government requirements.

Why this role

A bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field and nonprofit supervisory experience are preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid Ohio driver’s license are required; the diploma requirement may be waived based on experience evaluation.
