Job overview
Cybersecurity Auditor (Networks) is an onsite, full-time role in Fort Belvoir, VA, supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s Cyber Operations Readiness Assessment team. Compensation is $125,000–$160,000 per year. The work supports DTRA cyber defense and network readiness. The auditor assesses network infrastructure and security systems against DoD standards, identifies vulnerabilities, supports remediation and authorization documentation, and delivers findings with prioritized recommendations.
What you'll do
- Review firewalls, routers, switches, and VoIP/VVoIP systems against STIGs and SRGs
- validate segmentation, access controls, and routing
- assess Zero Trust components
- analyze logs and configurations
- support STIG implementation, vulnerability remediation, and ATO preparation
- produce assessment reports and recommendations.
