Field Service Technician — Industrial Equipment

Job overview

The Field Service Technician role is based in Tacoma, WA, with extensive domestic and international travel; compensation is $80,000–$110,000 per year. What you'll do

• Assist with shop-floor equipment assembly between trips
• prepare service quotes and installation plans
• support customers by phone
• supervise equipment installations and crews
• train customer staff on equipment operation and maintenance
• troubleshoot and repair equipment
• provide daily reports to customers and the manager.
