Field Service Technician, ATM

The Field Service Technician, ATM role is an onsite field position based in Madison, WI, with service work in an assigned geographic territory. Pay is $24 per hour. Nautilus Hyosung America develops and delivers ATM self-service technologies. The technician installs, repairs, maintains, and diagnoses ATMs to meet customer service obligations. The role also supports equipment training, inventory processes, service-level agreements, and customer service; occasional travel outside the home territory may be required.

What you'll do

• Install, repair, load software, and maintain ATMs or other products in the assigned territory
• perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, testing, and cleaning
• train bank staff or vendors on maintenance tasks
• manage spare parts and inventory processes
• complete administrative reports
• follow security procedures
• provide customer service
• participate in on-call duty.
