What you'll do

• Lead daily maintenance operations for assigned facilities, utilities and infrastructure
• supervise, schedule, coach and develop technicians
• coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections and corrective actions for building systems
• support capital planning and approved projects
• monitor facility conditions and work orders
• ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements
• assist with budgets, inventory, contractors, procurement and resource planning
• partner with resort departments and external stakeholders.

Why this role
