What you'll do

• Answer calls and scheduling inquiries
• schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
• communicate about missed appointments
• confirm evaluations and maintain scheduling records
• notify therapists and leadership of changes
• welcome and check in families
• verify insurance and collect intake paperwork
• upload documents to the electronic medical record
• assist with referrals and follow-up
• clean, sanitize, organize, and stock clinic areas and equipment
• monitor inventory
• support therapists and clinic staff.
