What you'll do

• Conduct clinical assessments, diagnostic evaluations, substance-use screenings, and biopsychosocial evaluations

• provide evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy
• facilitate recovery and support groups
• monitor progress and adjust plans
• conduct crisis assessments and interventions, safety planning, and referrals
• document services in the electronic health record
• coordinate care with clinical and community partners
• provide psychoeducation and recovery education
• advocate for access to community resources.
