Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time Nights

Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) for individualized resident care. Collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues. Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks.
