Member Relationship Specialist

Job overview

The Member Relationship Specialist role is based in Adams, NY; compensation is $20.03–$25.34 per hour. The position supports Northern Credit Union’s member service and relationship center operations. The specialist builds member relationships through needs-based conversations, provides trusted financial guidance, opens and maintains accounts, and completes transactions. The role also supports convenient service channels and relationship center operations while helping members access financial products and services aligned with their goals.

What you'll do

• Welcome members and visitors
• identify needs and provide personalized advice
• open, close, and maintain accounts
• process transactions and service requests
• promote credit union products and digital services
• maintain accurate member records in CRM 360
• refer members to appropriate teams
• support cash, ATM, vault, and relationship center processes
• report suspected fraud.

Why this role
