The Registered Nurse, Part-Time or Per Diem role is onsite in North Bergen, NJ, with pay of $35–$45 per hour. ComForCare provides in-home care intended to help clients remain safe and independent at home. The nurse assesses clients, develops and updates individualized care plans, provides interventions, and coordinates care so clients can work toward realistic health outcomes.

What you'll do

• Conduct comprehensive physical, psychosocial, and environmental assessments

• administer medications as needed
• maintain client records

• travel between sites for client visits and assessments.
