What you'll do

• Clean offices, breakrooms, restrooms, hallways, common areas, hangar, and work areas
• sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
• empty waste and sanitize surfaces
• maintain cleaning supplies
• mow, edge, trim, and maintain landscaping
• remove weeds, leaves, litter, and debris
• keep sidewalks, parking areas, entrances, and outdoor spaces presentable
• operate basic landscaping equipment
• assist with seasonal projects, minor facility upkeep, and general labor
• move furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed
• report maintenance concerns, hazards, or damaged equipment
• follow safety procedures.
