What you'll do

• Own Salesforce and related revenue operations tools, configuration standards, and roadmap
• define data models, KPIs, and reporting
• deliver sales and marketing analytics
• connect CRM bookings to billing and recognized revenue
• support forecasts, budgets, capacity and quota models, and Board KPI reporting
• establish data governance
• identify AI and automation use cases
• evaluate and implement tools and integrations
• prepare data for diligence
• maintain documentation and change management.
