Assistant Property Manager – Multifamily

The Assistant Property Manager – Multifamily role is onsite in Hamburg, NY, with compensation of $23–$25 per hour. CTH Recruiting LLC is recruiting for a multifamily residential community. Working with the Property Manager, this role helps keep daily property operations moving through resident service, account and lease administration, leasing support, and coordination with maintenance. It also provides operational coverage when the Property Manager is unavailable.

What you'll do

• Support daily property operations and administrative work
• help oversee operations and assume additional responsibilities when the Property Manager is unavailable
• maintain resident accounts, records, reports, and documentation
• receive and record payments and prepare deposits
• follow up on delinquent accounts and prepare notices
• process move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and security deposit documentation
• respond to prospects, conduct tours, and assist with applications and leasing
• coordinate resident service requests with maintenance and follow up
• inspect apartments and monitor property conditions
• complete reports and support retention, outreach, and marketing activities.
