• Lead residential HVAC installation projects
• install forced-air systems, ductless mini-splits, heat pumps, air handlers, and gas furnaces
• perform startups, testing, commissioning, and quality checks
• follow manufacturer specifications and local codes
• mentor helpers and junior technicians
• maintain safe, organized job sites
• communicate with homeowners.
