What you'll do

• Maintain building safety and maintenance
• review physical conditions with the Superintendent
• supervise maintenance and front-desk staff
• maintain building systems records and coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs
• address regulatory violations
• coordinate supplies, events, vendors, volunteers, and capital projects
• conduct apartment inspections and oversee fire drills and code compliance
• participate in budgeting
• supervise tenant eligibility review
• collect and reconcile rent
• address arrears
• oversee lease and subsidy compliance
• prepare reports.
