What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for financial advisor roles from outreach through offer, close, and onboarding handoff
• build and maintain a pipeline of advisors and planners
• partner with the hiring team to define role requirements and assess candidates
• verify registration status and U4/U5 history
• present the firm’s opportunity and platform
• build relationships through CFP networks and industry events
• recruit for operations and corporate roles
• coach managers on structured interviews
• own offer development and background checks with HR
• report on pipeline, hiring speed, and quality.
