Entry-Level CNC Machine Operator

The Entry-Level CNC Machine Operator role is onsite in Charter Township of Clinton, MI, with stated pay of $20–$23 per hour. The position supports a growing manufacturing team producing precision components. The operator sets up and runs CNC milling equipment, checks parts against drawings and tolerances, and helps maintain production quality and workflow. The role also includes troubleshooting, routine machine care, and production recordkeeping.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC milling equipment
• review blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders
• load materials
• verify setups and inspect first-piece samples
• perform machining operations
• measure dimensions
• interpret GD&T
• troubleshoot equipment and process issues
• perform routine maintenance
• maintain production records.
