The consultant assesses and improves requirements practices by developing documentation standards and an AI-assisted intake tool, then coaching the team as it applies those practices to live work. The role helps establish lasting requirements and process discipline within the client’s product organization.

What you'll do

• Assess requirements elicitation and documentation practices through stakeholder interviews
• create templates and standards tailored to client workflows
• build and refine an AI-assisted intake tool
• plan and deliver coaching, workshops, and office hours
• improve materials based on usage and feedback
• manage delivery around the client’s calendar
• communicate findings and recommendations
• partner with a Delivery Lead on quality assurance and key meetings.
