What you'll do

• Prepare, portion, and serve meals and snacks according to physician-ordered diets, preferences, menus, and procedures
• prepare therapeutic, modified, and regular diets
• clean and care for dietary equipment
• follow food safety, sanitation, infection prevention, and housekeeping procedures
• receive and inspect supplies
• assist with inventory
• maintain food temperatures, storage, and labeling
• clean and sanitize preparation and dining areas
• report concerns about resident abuse or neglect
• provide courteous service to residents, families, visitors, and staff.
