The Sales Consultant - Central Pennsylvania role is field-based in the central Pennsylvania territory, with an ideal location of Harrisburg, PA, and daily travel within the territory. The base salary is $70,000–$75,000 per year, plus commission. Performance Health supplies products to healthcare and rehabilitation customers. The consultant grows territory sales and market share by advising hospitals, Veterans Affairs facilities, and outpatient rehabilitation institutions on the company’s product portfolio. The role develops new accounts, expands existing relationships, and supports customers through product trials, in-service training, and territory planning.

What you'll do

• Educate customers on the product portfolio
• build relationships through regular in-person visits
• prospect for new accounts
• grow the territory through strategic prospecting, cross-selling, and customer acquisition
• provide product trials and in-service training
• develop and adjust territory plans using customer insights
• use CRM analytics to prioritize prospects and track competition
• complete required reports
• serve as a trusted advisor.
