What you'll do

• Lead and develop a digital and mixed-signal hardware engineering team
• maintain technical integrity for board-level electronics
• establish development processes, high-speed interface guidelines, simulation workflows, and PCB standards
• conduct architecture and design reviews and mentor engineers
• lead or support complex debug
• ensure designs are buildable and testable using DFM and DFT practices
• coordinate engineering-to-manufacturing handoffs
• manage staffing, performance, career development, succession planning, and related budgets.
