HVAC Service Manager

Job overview

What you'll do

• Lead and develop technicians through field coaching and accountability
• manage service performance, customer experience, revenue, margin, and conversion
• hire, onboard, and retain technicians
• coordinate daily service operations with dispatch and support teams
• use ServiceTitan data and reporting
• reinforce service, sales, communication, and safety standards
• address performance gaps and work with leadership on business goals.
