Store Lead — Part-Time

Job overview

The Store Lead role is onsite in Bethesda, MD. Compensation is $24.80–$28.10 per hour. The lead works with the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager at ARC’TERYX, supporting the store’s guest experience, product, community, operations, and people. The role leads the sales floor, coaches Product Guides, and supports store operations and business targets. It helps deliver technical product guidance, build community engagement, manage inventory and transactions, and communicate company priorities to the team.

What you'll do

• Support the in-store experience during shifts

Why this role

Part-time availability is 10–30 hours per week across two to four days, including at least one opening shift, one closing shift, and one weekend shift each week. Employees are expected to be available on Black Friday and during the specified holiday season.
