What you'll do

• Complete accelerated training
• engage with customers by phone and chat to resolve problems and support positive experiences
• learn about Market Operations and the car-buying journey
• take part in tours of the Car Vending Machine and Inspection Center
• collaborate on a capstone project and present solutions to senior leadership
• participate in executive lunch-and-learn sessions.
