What you'll do

• Generate business through outbound calls, agency-provided leads, referrals, networking, and community outreach
• assess prospective customers’ insurance needs and recommend coverage
• prepare quotes and explain policy benefits
• sell and cross-sell auto, home, life, and commercial insurance
• maintain customer relationships and follow-up
• manage leads and interactions in CRM tools
• work toward individual and agency sales goals
• participate in coaching and training.

Why this role
