The High Performance Polymers Operator Level I role is onsite in Machesney Park, IL. Compensation is $19–$22 per hour. The role supports production and injection molding operations at Clayens US LLC. The operator inspects, counts, and packages plastic parts while maintaining material flow and work-in-process inventory. Accurate quality checks, production records, and material handling help ensure parts meet specifications and production operations remain supported.

What you'll do

• Move parts from injection molding machines to scales
• identify and count parts
• visually inspect for defects
• alert the shift Mold Technician to malfunctions or scrap issues
• trim runners and inspect finished parts
• record quality checks and production counts
• move and store materials
• maintain dryers, feeders, and loaders
• package and label parts
• keep the work area organized.
