Assistant Site Supervisor

What you'll do

• Support individuals with daily needs, including personal care
• schedule and plan meals and activities
• schedule and accompany clients to medical appointments
• administer medications
• cook and perform housework
• ensure house safety and provide constant supervision
• transport clients to appointments and community events
• coach and mentor staff
• maintain documentation and logs in compliance with PTC guidelines, policies, and regulations.

Schedule includes direct care Wednesday 4:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m., Thursday and Friday 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m., and Sunday 9:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m., plus 2–6 administrative hours weekly, totaling 34 hours. Phone availability and shift coverage are required Sunday 8:00 a.m.–Wednesday 10:00 p.m.
