Integrated Pest Management Manager

The Integrated Pest Management Manager role is onsite in Cathedral City, CA. The posting lists annual compensation of $70,000–$90,000. The role plans and monitors pest and disease management across cultivation stages to help produce clean crops and meet regulatory requirements. It leads scouting, control programs, employee training, documentation, and supervision of IPM technicians while coordinating with cultivation staff and regulators.

What you'll do

• Maintain an active, current PCA license
• submit pesticide application reports on time
• develop and deliver IPM safety and employee training
• maintain control programs and technical protocols with growers, technicians, and cultivation leadership
• direct scouting and diagnose pests, diseases, nutrient deficiencies, and other crop issues
• supervise and mentor IPM technicians
• support pesticide-applicator licensing education
• create standard operating procedures
• serve as contact for the Agricultural Commissioner’s Office
• ensure pesticide-use compliance
• maintain labels, safety data sheets, application records, and inventories
• develop an IPM plan
• assist with pest-control budgets and ordering.
