What you'll do

• Perform general maintenance in common areas and complete service requests in occupied apartments
• support property maintenance and preventive maintenance of mechanical systems
• maintain clean grounds and common areas
• assist with community inspections and report quality-assurance results
• follow safety protocols and provide courteous service to residents
• support community operations under the direction of the Service Supervisor and Community Manager. Emergency calls may be required during nights and weekends as needed.
