Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Manage customer communications by phone, email, and customer portals
• process quotations, orders, acknowledgments, status updates, and shipping documents
• maintain customer, order, and account information in CRM and ERP systems
• coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Finance on lead times, order changes, material availability, and credit or payment status
• keep customer and shipping records accurate
• resolve customer issues and identify process improvements.
