What you'll do

• Oversee hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance management for Restore Experts
• conduct one-on-ones, team meetings, and training
• coach staff on membership sales and client engagement
• manage first-time visitor consultations, tours, and membership conversion
• ensure follow-up after first visits
• oversee opening and closing, inventory, cleanliness, and scheduling
• monitor front-end performance measures
• coordinate local marketing, CRM responses, events, and community outreach.
