What you'll do

• Design and build AI agents and automated workflows
• map investigative processes and identify automation opportunities
• partner with Engineering, Data, and Fraud Strategy & Analytics to move solutions into production
• establish quality checks and human-in-the-loop controls
• analyze suspicious merchants and customers
• surface emerging fraud patterns
• build prioritization tools, dashboards, and automated reporting
• track operational KPIs
• coordinate with Product and Engineering on case-management workflows.
