Job overview

Compensation is $80,000–$160,000 per year. The Estimator / Senior Estimator role offers hybrid or remote opportunities depending on experience and location, with offices in Chicago, IL, and Nashville, TN; nationwide candidates are welcome. Hotel Rehabs is a general contractor specializing in hospitality renovations across the United States. The estimator develops competitive project estimates and supports preconstruction from opportunity review through bid, award, buyout, and handoff, helping position projects for profitable execution and supporting the Operations team.

What you'll do

• Review drawings, specifications, scopes, and project documents
• perform digital takeoffs and develop estimates, budgets, and bid packages
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor proposals
• identify scope gaps, constructability concerns, and risks
• develop bid strategies and proposals
• manage multiple estimates and deadlines
• build subcontractor relationships
• participate in client discussions, estimate reviews, buyout, and turnover
• support project handoffs and improve estimating tools and processes.
