Lifeguard — Pool and Water Park Safety

Job overview

The Lifeguard role is onsite in Hyannis, MA, supporting the resort’s pool and water park safety team. Pay is $20–$21 per hour. The team works to keep aquatic environments safe and welcoming for guests and visitors. The lifeguard monitors swimming areas and responds to emergencies to protect patrons while supporting their safe enjoyment of the facilities. The role also includes routine inspections, safety drills, guest assistance, and accurate incident records.

What you'll do

• Monitor swimming activities and enforce safety rules
• respond to emergencies with first aid and water rescues as needed
• inspect swim areas, decks, and equipment
• assist guests
