Customer Service Specialist

What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls and emails and make outbound calls
• document interactions and respond to questions about products and services. Process and verify orders and documentation, route calls, and follow up as needed. Verify insurance eligibility, coverage, and deductibles
• obtain preauthorization when required and process physician orders for approval. Use electronic medical record systems, maintain patient confidentiality under HIPAA, address complaints, and assist with on-call responsibilities as needed under company policy.
