Field Service Engineer

Job overview

What you'll do

• Install equipment and train operators
• perform scheduled maintenance and emergency/on-call maintenance
• troubleshoot faulty equipment and upgrade obsolete components
• maintain tools and equipment
• follow safety requirements and keep work areas orderly
• recommend technical and product improvements to the design team
• communicate with customers and prepare reports, testing records, and certificates
• read blueprints and electrical and pneumatic schematics
• provide remote customer support during breakdown coverage/on-call weeks
• travel more than 80%, including international travel.
