Compensation is $18–$26 per hour. The Registered Nurse, Float Pool role is onsite in Brattleboro, VT, with three 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, 36 hours per week. Brattleboro Memorial Hospital’s Nursing Resources Department supports flexible patient care across hospital units. The nurse provides safe, compassionate care in units assigned according to staffing needs, patient census, and acuity. The role maintains competencies across assigned areas and collaborates with patients, families, and care teams to support continuity and patient outcomes.
