What you'll do

• Complete nursing records for admissions, discharges, transfers, and other events
• prepare and administer prescribed medications
• facilitate resident admissions, transfers, and discharges
• provide professional services such as catheterization, tube feeding, suction, wound care, and specimen collection as permitted by facility policy
• collaborate with consultants under the Director of Nursing’s guidance
• address complaints and grievances
• exchange shift reports
• check residents and care delivery
• keep the Director of Nursing informed.
