The role exists to ensure the safety, well-being, and daily living success of residents within the IRA program. The professional contributes to the team by facilitating daily routines, administering medications, and fostering community integration, all while adhering to state and agency regulations.

What you'll do

• Provides person-centered support, assists with daily living routines, administers medications, participates in medical appointments, plans menus and prepares meals, performs counseling and coaching, implements habilitation plans, manages agency money and documentation, maintains household cleanliness, provides transportation, and reports incidents.
