What you'll do

• Engage people experiencing homelessness in shelters and unsheltered settings
• conduct assessments, gather documentation, and develop housing plans
• prepare participants for housing placement and support move-ins
• coordinate with housing navigators, landlords, shelters, outreach teams, and partners
• assist with flex fund requests and immediate stabilization needs
• provide short-term stabilization support, typically 30–90 days
• monitor progress and barriers
• maintain participant records
• and conduct fieldwork and outreach.
