The Caregiver / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) — Day Shift role is onsite at Nagel Assisted Living in Waconia, MN. Pay is $18–$24 per hour based on experience, plus a $1 per hour weekend differential. The full-time schedule is 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, including every other weekend. Sunflower Communities is a family-owned senior living organization focused on older adults’ independence, dignity, and quality of life. The caregiver supports residents in assisted living and memory care with morning routines, personal care, mobility, meals, and activities. By following individualized care plans, offering companionship, and communicating changes to nursing staff, the role helps residents feel comfortable, respected, and cared for.

What you'll do

• Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• assist with mobility and transfers
• support residents living with memory loss
• help residents prepare for meals and activities
• follow individualized care plans and routines
• provide companionship
• report changes in condition or behavior
• maintain a comfortable living environment
• work with caregivers and nursing staff.
