What you'll do

• Monitor and participate in discussions across social media, YouTube, Reddit, forums, and other digital platforms
• engage with riders and enthusiasts
• support product discussions and launches
• answer basic product, sizing, technology, and feature questions
• surface customer feedback and trends
• prepare recurring performance reports and actionable recommendations
• collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams.
