What you'll do

• Assess customer needs and provide product knowledge
• use suggestive selling and upselling
• assist with inventory
• promote loyalty and referral programs
• record transactions in the POS system and maintain cash drawer accuracy
• perform opening and closing duties as needed
• escalate customer issues
• maintain a clean sales floor
• follow safety and MED rules
• cross-train and fill in when short-staffed.
