• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day restaurant operations

• manage cash handling and accountability

• execute shift management and safety procedures
• use tools, forms, and logs to document results and take corrective action
• direct crew members
• provide customer service
• use crew recognition programs
• authorize approved employee functions
• maintain cleanliness and facility condition.
