Automotive Service Technician

Job overview

The Automotive Service Technician role is onsite in Brush, CO, with a stated base pay of $28–$38 per hour plus a book-time bonus. A&R Automotive Service is an independently owned shop serving the Brush community and is a NAPA AutoCare Gold Facility and AAA-Approved Auto Repair Center. The technician performs routine maintenance and tire services while documenting vehicle condition through digital inspections. The work supports safe, reliable vehicle care and helps customers understand maintenance and repair needs.

What you'll do

• Perform oil changes, fluid flushes, filter replacements, and routine maintenance packages
• rotate, mount, and balance tires and repair flats
• conduct digital vehicle inspections using shop tablets and capture photos and videos of vehicle components and safety items
• keep the work bay clean and safe
• communicate concerns as needed.
