• Lead facility operations and site performance, including P&L, productivity, quality, safety, and customer commitments

• partner with regional and corporate functions
• identify operational improvements
• drive Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives
• ensure safety, regulatory, quality, and company compliance
• develop business plans for operations and growth
• communicate site performance and priorities.
