What you'll do

• Maintain grounds, sidewalks, parking areas, and trash enclosures
• clean breezeways, entryways, stairwells, and common areas
• pressure wash as needed
• remove trash and debris
• monitor and empty receptacles
• assist with light maintenance such as painting and minor repairs
• report maintenance concerns and safety issues to property leadership.
